Michal Indrak brings Ashes of Courage to the screen with a deeply personal mandate. The film is intrinsically rooted in his own family lineage; his ancestors personally lived through and survived the historic 1944 Slovak National Uprising within the village of Nová Bošáca. Serving as both the primary director and producer via LEVM Studios, his dual attachment guarantees a unified creative vision and absolute historical authenticity from development through to international delivery.
